Two years ago, I didn’t know what GitHub was.

I didn’t come from tech. No computer science degree, no coding background. Two years ago I had something I wanted to build and no idea how anything worked. I’d never heard the word “repo.” I didn’t know what GitHub was, what Vercel did, what it meant for a site to be “live.” Those were just words other people used.

So I asked AI. What I got back was garbage, because I was asking badly. So I asked better, and then better again. Somewhere in there I stopped needing to be taught things.

Today I run PÉYRO. We build websites, web apps and AI systems for companies. Nobody trained me. I taught myself how to ask, and the asking taught me everything else.

Most people think the skill is knowing things — the tools, the frameworks, the syntax. It isn’t. Recently a client asked me about payment integration, something I’d genuinely never built. I didn’t panic and I didn’t spend three days on YouTube. I knew I’d have it working before lunch. Because I don’t need to know the answer — I know how to get to it.

That certainty is the only thing worth teaching, and the only thing that doesn’t expire. Every tool I use today will be gone in two years. If I hand you a list of tools, I’ve given you something with a shelf life. If I teach you how to think with AI, you’ll outlast every tool on the list.

That’s what these eight sessions are. And near the end, I’ll sit you in front of something I never taught you and watch you build it. That’s the real exam — not whether you remember what I said, but whether you can find what I didn’t.
